Fun Fact About Your Job that Others Might Not Be Aware of:

I think its really cool that I get to handle each repair directly, not just virtually. I’m able to hold them in my hands to confirm part number, pricing, and even to get to examine them to see if I can see any damanged components. I’ve been able to watch units go through pre-eval and can now identify certain components (previously I couldn’t tell the difference between a capacitor and a resistor)

What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?

The craziest thing I’ve ever done is probablywhen I was 15 I got a tattoo at my friends house for $15 and had to hide it from my mom. This lasted about two weeks because I went to donate blood, but they had to deny me since it wasn’t professionally done. They then sent a letter home explaining this which my mom intercepted, of course.

What is your favorite place on earth and why?

I love the woods. My favorite thing to do is go on a hike and enjoy the peacefulness of nature.
